If you had the opportunity to have dinner with one person, alive or dead, who would you choose? Why would you make this choice?

I share a quote by A. W. Tozer in the Pursuit of God. In 1949 Tozer thought the church was missing something, it is still lost.

Perhaps I am the only one that finds President Obama’s recent statements in support of abortion to be ironic. See what you think.

Being right or being loving . . .

It seems to me that if we are forced to make a choice between being right (winning the argument) and being loving, we should always chose the latter. Unfortunately, this has not always been the case with the Christian Church.
