We are kept by a power not our own! Praise God that we don’t have to figure everything out. All we have to do is cling to Jesus.

Righteousness, Scribes and Pharisees

Jesus told his disciples that to enter Heaven, their righteousness would have to surpass that of the Pharisees. How could this be done? Should we throw in the towel or is there an answer to this problem?

Grace

I don’t want grace

I find that there is in me a stubborn and deep seated resistance to the application of the Gospel. In brief, I have the desire to work hard enough and be perfect enough to not need grace. I want to be above criticism.
