About Greg West

Greg is the curator of The Poached Egg. He believes that in today’s modern, post-modern, and relativistic culture, where truth is sacrificed on the altar of tolerance, and indifference and skepticism are on the rise, that “apologetics is vital for every believer; to help equip them not just in defending their faith, but in sharing it as well.”

Do they feel welcome and will they come back?

If people feel welcome in your church, it is more likely that they will return and grow in discipleship. Do they feel welcome and will they come back?

Feedback is scary – but you need it

This is a repost of an article at theresurgence.com. Every leader should develop a culture that encourages feedback. Feedback is essential in eliminating blind spots and making sure that you are achieving the goal.
