Moses warned the Israelites to not add or subtract from the commands of Scripture. We would do well to heed this warning. How does this apply to us in 2013?

For effective change to take place in an organization, the leader must understand the needs of the organization and select the proper tool to drive that change. In practical life, people who reject God will seek some substitute emotional fulfillment: power, profit, or pleasure.
