A while ago, J. Warner Wallace approached me about doing a review of his book, Cold Case Christianity. I was aware of his work as a result of reading the Cold Case Christianity Blog and was interested in reading the book so agreed to to the review. Read on to get my thoughts on the book.

Value

Of infinite value

If we fail to properly value the individual people in our charge we are failing in our mission thus demonstrating a gap between how God views those people and how we do.

Wrong Answer

All the right answers but still wrong

The lesson we should learn from this is that we can have all the right answers but still be wrong. We can say all the right things and still be far away from where we need to be.

My point in all this is that we are broken people living in a broken culture and we are called to minister to people like us who have made a mess of life. We must invite them into relationship with Jesus without laying on them the impossible task of cleaning themselves up first.
